Asian Paints Nepal’s Online campaign “Bring Colors to Life” will donate free cataract lens to Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology
Bring Colors to Life is the Corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative by Asian Paints Nepal in collaboration with Prof. Dr Sanduk Ruit’s Foundation to help the underprivileged Cataract patients throughout Nepal. Asian Paints is running an online campaign where people have to sign the petition and for every 25 Petitions signed, One lens will be donated by Asian Paints Nepal. Asian paint stated that “Let us help them bring colors back to their lives.”
As mentioned on their website www.bringcolorstolife.org “Veteran Eye surgeon and Padma Shree Award Winner Prof. Dr Sanduk Ruit has been working tirelessly in restoring the vision of the underprivileged cataract patients for years. His innovation has led to 90 % reduction in the cost of surgery.
Asian Paints Nepal is proudly announcing to support this noble cause for those cataract patients around Nepal, who are financially unable to undergo the surgery at their own cost. Through this campaign, Asian paint will be providing free lenses for those who require them the most.
This is an online campaign through which Asian Paints Nepal will distribute 1 cataract lens for every 25 petitions signed and they aimed to donate a total of 2000 lenses.
